Provisions of Goods and Services

  • Communication:  Archmill will provide goods and services in a way that respects the independence and dignity of people with disabilities.  The company will communicate with people with disabilities in a manner that considers the individual’s disability.  Archmill will provide training on accessibility to all employees who interact or may interact with persons with disabilities on behalf of the company.

  • Assistive Devices and Technology:  Assistive devices or technologies are permitted and unrestricted in all areas of the company to which employees and the public have access.

  • Use of Service Animals and Support Persons:  Archmill is committed to welcoming people with disabilities who are accompanied by a service animal or support person.  At no time will a person with a disability who is accompanied by a service animal or support person be prevented from having access to them while on company premises.

Accessible Formats and Communication Supports

The company will provide or arrange for the provision of accessible formats and communication support for person with disabilities in a timely manner and at no additional cost to the individual.  Archmill will consider the person’s accessibility needs when customizing individual requests.

Recruitment, Assessment, and Selection

Archmill will ensure that applicants with disabilities are welcomed and supported within the workplace.  The company will notify applicants of the availability of accommodation during the recruitment process and will consult with the applicant when accommodation is requested.
